A friend annoyed by a tedious task. A stranger wishing something was easier. A casual complaint about a small inconvenience.
Instead of nodding along, I started asking: Could I build that? Could I fix it?
Then — I just did. No 50-page business plan. No perfect conditions. Just a simple solution, a payment link, and action.

What I’ve noticed along the way
Most opportunities don’t disappear. They just become invisible once explained incorrectly.
Effort is rarely the bottleneck. Structure usually is.
People confuse originality with usefulness. The market doesn’t care if it’s been done before — it cares if it solves the problem.
If something needs heavy persuasion, it’s probably compensating for weak demand. Real need doesn’t require convincing.
The fastest progress I’ve seen came from subtracting, not adding.
